You don't need a finished product, a company, or stage experience. You need one real thing worth showing, and to fit one of these:

The 5 weeks of preparation are remote-friendly. Join coaching and group sessions from wherever you are. The only part that needs you in Gothenburg is the showcase itself, 16 October.

Most strong AI work stays invisible. Not because it's not good enough, but because nobody trained you to stand in front of a room and make a stranger understand why it matters in ninety seconds.

You arrive with a project. You leave with a stage presence you'll use for years.

weeks 1–2

Shape the story

Coaching turns your project into a clear narrative: what you built, why it matters, who it's for.

weeks 3–4

Rehearse it live

Presentation training with a real audience, plus personal branding support to sharpen your LinkedIn and positioning.

week 5 + showcase

Take the stage

One extra rehearsal, then your own booth, a moment on stage, and speed-networking, all at Göteborg Tech Week.

Week 5 looks like this. Your name, your role, your moment on the mic.

What you walk away with, regardless of what happens at the event.

A presentation you keep

Built and rehearsed across five weeks, reusable for interviews, conferences, and client pitches long after the showcase ends.

Real stage experience

A live moment on stage in front of a qualified audience: investors, companies, and the wider AI community. The kind of practice you can't get from rehearsing alone.

Your own exhibition booth

Your own booth for the whole afternoon, plus structured speed-networking that guarantees a conversation with everyone in the room. Companies, investors, and recruiters come to you.

A sharper public profile

Hands-on support tightening your LinkedIn, your personal story, and how you describe your work to someone outside your field.

Feedback that's specific

Coaching from people who'll tell you when a slide doesn't land. Not generic encouragement.

A cohort, then a community

Nine other innovators going through the same five weeks, plus Garden of Talents membership for 2026 once the showcase is over.

Ten people get real coaching. Forty people get a group photo.

Every applicant gets a short conversation before selection. Not to gatekeep, but because five weeks of meaningful feedback only works in a small room.

All ten places are open for the 2026 cohort. Applications close 13 September 2026. Selection is based on the project you bring. Applying early means your application gets a full, unhurried review while every spot is still open.

Three steps. No finished product required.

You don't need to be an experienced speaker, run a company, or have a polished product. You need one thing worth sharing. Applications are open 26 August – 13 September 2026.

01

Submit your application

Tell us about yourself and what you'd like to showcase: a project, research, a product, or work in progress.

02

Have a short conversation

A real conversation, not a screening call. We get to know you, your goals, and what you're building.

03

Join the 2026 cohort

Ten innovators are selected based on the project they bring, not on how quickly they applied.

Everything you need to know before applying

Eligibility, dates, pricing, and what the 5-week preparation programme includes before the AI Innovators Showcase at Göteborg Tech Week.

Who can apply for the AI Innovators Showcase?

Anyone building something practical with AI can apply. You can be a student, career changer, developer, AI engineer, researcher, founder, consultant, or product builder. You need one real project, prototype, research idea, workflow, or product concept worth showing.

Do I need a finished AI product to apply?

No. You do not need a finished product or a company. You can apply with a prototype, demo, research project, work in progress, thesis, workflow, or early product idea. What matters is that you have something real to present.

How many people will be selected?

Only 10 innovators will be selected for the 2026 cohort. This limit is kept small so every participant gets real coaching, weekly feedback, and proper preparation before the showcase.

What are the important dates for 2026?

Applications are open from 26 August to 13 September 2026. Early bird pricing ends on 11 September 2026. The 5-week preparation programme starts on 17 September 2026. The AI Innovators Showcase takes place during Göteborg Tech Week in Gothenburg on 16 October 2026, 14.00–17.00.

What is the price of the programme?

The Emerging Innovator track is 2,800 SEK including VAT with early bird pricing, and 3,500 SEK after 11 September 2026. The Professional Innovator track is 4,900 SEK including VAT with early bird pricing, and 5,900 SEK after 11 September 2026.

What is included in the programme fee?

Your fee covers the 5-week preparation programme, hybrid group sessions for 2 to 3 hours per week, one individual coaching and feedback session every week, presentation training, personal branding support, a professional photo shoot, peer learning, networking, and Garden of Talents membership for 2026.

How does access to the showcase work for innovators?

Your place at the AI Innovators Showcase comes through your cohort placement, made possible by the collaboration between Garden of Talents as part of Gothenburg Tech Week. You do not buy a ticket. Your fee covers the preparation: the 5-week programme, weekly coaching, and Garden of Talents membership. Selected participants receive full access to the showcase free of charge.

Do I need to be in Gothenburg to participate?

The 5-week preparation is remote friendly, so you can join coaching and group sessions from outside Gothenburg. However, you must be in Gothenburg for the showcase on 16 October 2026, 14.00–17.00, because it happens in person.

When do I need to pay?

You do not need to pay just to apply. First, you submit your application and have a short conversation. If you are selected and accept your place, then the payment process will be shared with you.

What will I get at the end of the programme?

You will leave with a clear presentation, stronger project story, better stage confidence, sharper LinkedIn positioning, weekly coaching feedback, access to the Garden of Talents community, and a chance to present your AI work at the AI Innovators Showcase during Göteborg Tech Week in Gothenburg.

Your work is ready. Is your story?

Early bird pricing ends 11 September. The sooner you apply, the more runway you have before the cohort fills.
